How to install the Vlc.DotNet.Wpf.to a WPF .Net Framework using VB

I installed the Vlc.DotNet.Wpf and dependencies. The documentation is in C# so it's kind of confusing me since I have been working on VB.net but not on C# so I don't know much about it.

Vlc.DotNet is about to be deprecated, please migrate to WPF. We do have some VB samples over there, but probably not for WPF. I'm not sure there is much to say about the specifics of WPF and VB, but feel free to create a PR for such samples.
