Presumably it'll be hard to get into the official App Store. But it would still be nice to have an updater builtin.

Maybe: https://sparkle-project.org

or https://github.com/Squirrel/Squirrel.Mac
though the latter has quite some extra dependencies.

For the sake of completeness there's also mxcl/AppUpdater, but it assumes you host the app (or possibly just the releases) on GitHub.
