Please create a user role for Nightwatch that doesn't include Mention @everyone

Thanks.

Currently as an admin, Nightwatch can mention @everyone, which zk lobby users can abuse to mention everyone.

account!Nightwatch already is role!Nightwatch, but might rely on some role!Admin rights. This ticket is about making sure that role!Nightwatch contains sufficient privileges for account!Nightwatch to operate. I had made role!Admin unable to use @everyone mentions so remember to also bring them back after stripping account!Nightwatch of it.
