api太慢，能不能本地部署调用？ #17

本质上这个程序是输出一个字典传给js处理，能不能把这个构造字典的过程放到本地，或者用户端提高加载速度，因为api用 waline服务端部署受网速限制太大了。即使是挂了梯子有时候还要跑2-3s
