has anybody got any insight for me on how to activate the auto Worldbuff config

I tried: WorldBuff.Faction.Class.MinLevel.MaxLevel = 24425 1 1 1 60
24425 spellid Spirit of Zandalar
1 Faction PLAYER, Human
1 Class Warrior
1 MinLevel
60 MaxLevel

if anybody has any tipps for me please leave a comment
