IMAP & POP setting descriptions are nonsense

The table of Email features In customizingaccounts.adoc contains descriptions of IMAP access and POP3 access that do not align with the implementation of the features.
They need a complete rewrite.

When we describe using third-party mail applications to access an account, that SHOULD mean that mail from the Zimbra account is being transferred to a third-party client.
But the description in the Admin Guide muddles that with Zimbra pulling messages from a third-party email SERVER.
