I second this |
Sadly, the entire montage view code is a big mess and trying to fix this simple thing https://github.com/pliablepixels/zmNinja/issues/1067 has made it even worse which is stopping me from doing anything else. While I understand the need, unless I rewrite this entire montage code, extending it seems to present may side effects. I've been in talks with others on how long I can (or cannot) continue supporting zmNinja and my ability to add new features will have to wait till I decide how long I can continue supporting this app and ES+ml. So get the need, but I'm going to have to punt this out for now till I at least fix the issue I pointed to above and then look at whether I can actually continue supporting this app+ES+ML |

When using Montage mode, I am able to see all my cameras that are enabled with the "eye" icon in the top left. This presents an issue however for event view in my current situation.
I have 3 cameras which each have 2 monitors in Zoneminder, one for pure recording at full resolution, and one for motion detection using a lower resolution.
I would like to be able to only see the high resolution monitors in Montage, but still be able to see the detection monitors in event view.
There is a weird quirk where if I disable the motion detection monitors in Montage, it works as I would like, not showing them in Montage, but them still appearing in Event View, however, upon restarting the app, they will not show in Event View either.
My feature request is to be able to enable different cameras for the Montage feed and Event View for situations such as this to reduce unnecessary Montage clutter and server load. Having to toggle the filter on and off every app restart doesn't solve the problem unfortunately.
Thank you! Love the app!
