RangedMessages Issue

Description of Issue

RangedMessages parameter works even when Chat: false.

I'm using EnderaOpenChat, and after the initial installation, I noticed that messages stopped being sent from Minecraft to Discord.

After extensive investigation, I realized that the problem was CMI. By disabling and enabling CMI Chat modules one by one, I observed that messages wouldn't send with RangedMessages disabled, but worked correctly when enabled.
