When running Fix Video Sync to try to resolve Error C00D11CD, I see the following error:
Failed to apply 'Fix Video Sync'
Unable to replace 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\WMVCORE.dll'.
Verify that Zune and Windows Media Player are not running
and try again.
I verified that neither Zune nor Windows Media Player were running. That did not resolve the issue.
Also tried looking for WMVCORE with Process Explorer, but it returned 0 matching items.
Finally, I renamed WMVCORE.dll and tried the Fix Video Sync option again, but the Zune Modding Helper closed.
This was with...
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 221-42
OS build: 19045.2965

If nothing is using the DLL and Codix's script works (as you indicated on Discord), there may be a permissions issue in ZMH. To clarify, this is a problem with ZMH, not anything you've done. ZMH currently runs as administrator, while IIRC Codix's script runs as TrustedInstaller, which allows it to do a lot more. I'll look into doing the same for ZMH.
