[feat] support for whisper/whisper.cpp

I would enjoy speech to text transcription on device. I know that this is maybe a bit beyond the scope of this project (LLMs).
I am looking for a solution of audio recording-> (on-device) transcription -> (on-device) LLM summary and would be happy if I wouldn't have to develop a separate app for this.
