Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, user-facing text files, designed for wizard customization, require every tag to be defined (even if it's not used), and in a very specific order. Also, certain sections of the wizard appear to also ignore these tags (as in #20).
Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, these could be defined as a more structured file, using something akin to JSON or XML. That way, missing and default values will be much easier to handle, as well as no longer having the requirement for "placeholder" or "empty" values.
