Improve Security Continuous Integration

By implementing TruffleHog as a GitHub Action to improve long term security
We would like to have TruffleHog implemented as a GitHub Action so that potential security breached, by way of leaking credentials can be avoided. Do keep in mind that TruffleHog has false positives, so removing all positives may be unrealistic.
