Description

When on the 'edit activity' screen as a guardian and adding a choice to a choiceboard if the choiceboard has four available options it will throw an exception. The app continues as normally.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login as guardian
  2. Enter a citizens weekplan
  3. Create new activity
  4. Add a new choice to the activity until it has four
  5. Add new choice to the activity
    Observe the thrown error in the console

Expected behavior
No exception to be thrown

Actual behavior and screenshots
Error thrown in the console as seen on the following screenshot:
