Fix identifier mismatch

This release fixes the identifier mismatch between the plugin list and the plugin manifest which prevented it from being installed. Whoopsie.

Change language name

This release changes the language name from abc to music-abc in accordance with other Markdown based tooling that uses abcjs.

Initial release

First version of the plugin which supports the basic functionality and styling via CSS.
