just some notes for myself.

  • update all aliases and git-aliases
  • Get all shell functions to one folder
  • Consolidate binaries in the bin folder
  • What to do with config folder?: filename.conflink should be linked to ~/.config/filename maybe?

Update Ruby & gems

sudo gem update —system sudo gem update

Update dotfiles

cd ~/.dotfiles && git sup && git submodule update --remote --merge #?

To enable tor systemwise: set networksetup -setsocksfirewallproxy when starting tor and disable it when stopped. For CLI export http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:9050 This works on mac, how to make it work on arch? systemd?
