Based on the idea of #89

Unresolved issues:

  • Broken stylings, need to compare v2 and v3 default stylings
  • Nested modal/popover is broken in Chakra V3
  • The current dev tools for package development doesn't support ESM, maybe just remove it.
  • Performance
  • trigger id
