Feature Request: Local Recyclebin or Trash folder option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to see an option to specify a recyclebin or trash folder and have onedrive move the files it's going to delete to that folder. Should be used with the --monitor and --sync and the --cleanup-local-files options. You could also enhance this by also providing an option to define the number of days files stay in the recyclebin before they are permanently deleted.
