Collab.Land Support For Contract Wallet Signing

Story
As a Collab.Land user I'd like the ability to verify ownership of assets held in contract wallets like Argent, Gnosis, Staking Contracts (may be different), etc.
I currently cannot verify these assets because contract wallets do not have signing keys.
With the introduction of EIP1271 a standard was presented which allows contracts to verify if a signature was created by a valid owner of said contract.

Verifying assets with a contract wallet will be fantastic for a new generation of users onboarding using custodial multisig wallets.
It will also be fantastic for security as users can deposit their high value assets into mutltisigs with N/M Signers and by signing a single transaction to verify with collab.land they protect the extra keys on their account reduce their risk of giving a scammer complete control of their wallet with a single bad signature.

Tasks

• Discuss how a 3rd party can champion this integration`
• Discuss who that 3rd party will be
• Discuss the rules for Gnosis validation - How does access control work if multiple users can own the same NFT?
  • Last user to verify in a community is given access and all others are booted
  • Same gnosis can be used in multiple communities by different users so long as they don't try and join the same community
  • Possible time limit for switching to prevent spamming - cannot us an NFT to verify if that multisig was used to verify a different account less than X hours ago
• Agree on acceptance criteria of what collabland will be willing to merge before development begins
• Get 3rd party access as 2nd party before we open source or as 3rd party after we open source
• Review and merge
• UAT
• Push to Production
