Error in Model when importing org.project.time.*

Describe the bug
When importing the time package into an empty template using the line "import org.accordproject.time.* from https://models.accordproject.org/v2.0/time.cto" as seen in the Cicero templates, an error that says "[Change Model] Namespace is not defined for type org.accordproject.time.* File 'model/model.cto':" occurs.

To fix the issue, I have also tried "import org.accordproject.time.* from https://models.accordproject.org/[email protected]" and "import org.accordproject.time.Duration from https://models.accordproject.org/time.cto"

Sadly, I think this is a known template-studio issue. #106

In the interim, you might want to do the update on your local machine, or edit using the Visual Studio Code extension for Accord Project.

I also found that most model imports do not work properly. I needed to copy the contents of the URL into the model.
