The workflow currently only adds issues to the project board:

apis-bibsonomy/.github/workflows/add-to-project.yml

Lines 6 to 9 in 270cd90

on:
issues:
types:
- opened

PRs should get added as well for consistency across relevant repos.

The workflow's name should get updated also to reflect the change.
