initial installation missing some key data in the database

There are two issues after installation that should be resolved by the installation script.

1. An initial super-user should exist. The installation should prompt for it when it starts.
2. No engine nodes exist, which is an issue on the manual analysis screen. Either create a default node, or, adjust the code for the manual analysis screen that populates the drop down box.
