• Limit length of songs
• Marks songs as banned
• Mark user's songs as banned

One more restriction that would be nice is locking the volume or setting a max volume (probably should not be implemented before #29). After discussing this with people in the office, we decided that ideally, this restriction would get dropped at night/early morning (i.e. 11pm-8am) when it is unlikely many people will be around the office (otherwise, people will probably just mess with the actual hardware volume)

Hopefully if #29 is implemented there will be little need to adjust volume anyways.
