Demo Form Question Types

Update Question for demo form

The current demo form displays a limited selection of question types based on their corresponding components. To ensure that all the additional question components are rendered properly, we should add them to the demo form page.
The Current Question types are:

• Boolean
• Text
• Radio Group (Multiple Choice)
• Color
• Number
• Text Area
