• Introduce new members to the project
• Check if all are added the project thread on discord + added as collaborators on the repository
• Explain that the issues are semester-long so we do a meeting every week or 2 for an hour to make progress on it
• Assign people their issues and explain the context behind the bugs/enhancements

• Made sure everyone has the repository cloned already
• Made sure all have Node JS installed to prepare for when we start the sync meetings
• Emphasize to keep practicing HTML/CSS through the Youtube tutorial I sent + learning Svelte using the Tutorial on the official website
