Option to silence instead of block

As the title says, it would be a nice addition to be able to silence spam calls instead of blocking them, as then the user could be able to manually accept/decline the call which could be useful in some scenarios or false positives.

Also maybe I should open another issue for this but it seems confusing to me that the release says it's version 2.0.3 whereas when installing the app is says it's version 1.0.
