I have deleted the hash after the names and even tried removing the specified version, but it still says package not found.

(C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3) Z:\pulse>conda env create -n pulse -f pulse.yml
Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed

ResolvePackageNotFound:
  - libcxx
  - readline
  - libedit
  - libgfortran
  - ncurses

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.1645]
conda 4.11.0

  1. Open "pulse.yml" and DELETE this lines
  - libcxx
  - readline
  - libedit
  - libgfortran
  - ncurses
  1. Abbreviate numbers specified in great detail like this:
# before:
- zstd=1.3.7
# after:
- zstd=1.3
  1. Add "conda-forge" and "conda-forge/label/broken" to channels in "pulse.yml"
channels:
  - conda-forge
  - defaults
  - conda-forge/label/broken
