Support printing of translation from mobile device

Currently Adapt It Mobile does not have an option to print out documents from a mobile device.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have an option to print out the current translation of a specified document, and optionally any glosses / free translations (see the attached screenshot below for the Adapt It desktop Print dialog options). This would probably be a wizard of sorts accessible from the main page. There is a Cordova plugin cordova-plugin-printer that can print html content on Android and iOS.
