I am am trying to open The URLs http://bio.math.berkeley.edu/eXpress and http://pachterlab.github.io/eXpress but nothing is working.
I am using eXpress for my data but in the output xprs file the total number of reads is equal to the unique number of reads always and for different data sets (total=unique=estimated).Can this be be changed by some parametres in eXpress?
