For lights, in a lot of systems I do people want individual load controls not just presets.
Having the ability to add multiple light zones to a room similar to how the video and audio switchers are added would be useful. On the interface side, there would need to be a way to present a varying number of loads based on the number connected per room but I think there are some counting mechanisms built into the collectors that could be implemented for this as well.

I've done about three crescendo based systems and implemented a somewhat hackish crosspoint solution to make this work but it would be better to be part of the core. I'm considering contributing to the project to add this functionality in unless there is already something else that might help?

We're definitely interested in your input. Could you share a screenshot of the lighting interface you put together? I've considered an alternate lighting device module (a single EC id just like it is now) that could support a certain number of scenes, and loads (maybe 10 and 24) and using a dynamic SRL to handle visibility and scrolling.

Maybe I missing something but can not seem to find a different lighting module.
Thanks for any help!

Sorry for the delay, covid lockdown hit and priorities kind of shifted quite a bit; I STILL haven't have time to dig into this. I did start working more with the framework and have a much better understanding of the architecture at this point. Once I get some time...probably closer into the summer at this point...I will try to get back involved in this.

Is there any changes?
