I installed it from KDE Store.
I can not search anything in Chinese.

I'm not the author, but I'll try to help.

If you just want to switch to some other launcher, right click on the icon and select Show Alternatives.

If you want to entirely remove the launcher, just click Add Widgets instead, find it in the list and click on the recycle bin button.

If that doesn't help, the folder with launchpad's files should be in /home/yourusername/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids, where you can just delete it.
