While I have edited my post in Sans hours after my original posting, I do not know whether Adobe would get the edit. So for this, I will put the issue here.

Adjust 朝 (uni671DuE0101-JP) along with 潮 (u2F90F-JP) such that the two drop strokes (點) in 月 is in the centre of balance. Only affects the Extralight master.

Not adjusted as of Source Han Serif v2.003. I think balancing between design and referencing Japanese standards for variant glyphs may be a subjective issue, so this issue will remain open.
