Here is the Unicode reference. Unfortunately I am unable to access the latest GB18030-2022 reference as it is locked from public access for some reason (need a code or payment to unlock it). And this is a Traditional Chinese character, so I am unable to find a reference glyph standard for China, other than GB18030-2022.
