With the command line utility, I can include YML files into the package to be treated as normal files (i.e. don't create Sitecore items inside the package). The purpose for this is so that I can use the normal Unicorn sync on the target server.
Currently I don't think this is possible using the PowerShell CmdLet function. Shouldn't the CmdLet function replicate one to one parameters to the command line program?
