make a small HW submission app

• list assignments with due dates
• allow multiple submissions (revisions)
• track submissions by student
• check that all submissions pass validation

maybe there's something available already that does these things.

Is this still a priority? I've been a thinking about it.

Switching to using pull requests has taken care of the revision and validation issues (the latter via Grunt + Travis – see the workflow), but the others would still be great to have in a way that ties submissions to the pull requests, and allows grades to be entered.

My only hesitation is feature creep, because the vision could easily grow into a full-scale LMS. Maybe building an integration with an existing one would make sense? I'd be happy to start a new repo or Google Doc or where we could brainstorm, if you like.
