License issue: ibvudroid.so contains AGPL and GPL code

I decompiled libvudroid.so and it looks like it consists of:

• MuPDF, AGPL or commercial licensed: https://mupdf.com/license.html
• DjVuLibre, GPLv2: https://sourceforge.net/projects/djvu/

The implications are that while this project is declared as Apache v2, based on the viral nature it needs to be relicensed under AGPL, and all projects that integrate Viger-PDF must also be relicensed under AGPL.
