I don't know if this software has been tested for W10 (64) but I sadly have an issue. My goal was to configure two layouts, the first in bepo (french dvorak) for my main keyboard, and the second in azerty (french) to use a barcode scanner. But rightkeyboard showed twice "french (france)". I tried to activate other languages to test, deleted the file in appdata/local/rightkeyboard and rebooted, it still shows only two "French (france)" :
In this screenshot, I activated French Azerty and English (US) Qwerty.
This software would be a really great help to prevent switching layouts, sadly, I only can ask for help.

I have had the same problem. Don't add two different keyboard on the same language. Instead, try add a new language English with a United States Keyboard.
And checkout the internal keyboard values on %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\RightKeyboard\config and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Keyboard Layout\Preload1
In order to work, this software relies on the two keyboards using different languages. That is exactly the only way that their input can be distinguished.
This is already outside and beyond what Windows is supposed to do!
