Why does RNH try to pull all health data and mount all observer on startup?

When running my app in Xcode the console messages indicate that RNH is trying to access all datatypes and mount a lot of different observers, any idea why this is happening?

Currently initializeBackgroundObservers enables the observers for all data types. We plan to change that in the future.
