Do we have any measures to take into account when generating the lottieFiles

Hello team, thanks for the great work, i am amazed to see such a nice smooth animation, but in few animation i see couple of issues like lag in loading animations, flickering, more memory usage, etc.

so , do we have any way that we can measure these files before loading the animation files? If yes, what are those? if no what are the guidelines to generate the custom lottieFiles that would not cause any issues.
