Source Debezium: Configurable event.processing.failure.handling.mode

Currently the Debezium based connectors use the default of fail for the event.processing.failure.handling.mode property. If an event comes in that Debezium can't happen this causes the syncs to fail. It would be nice to have this property selectable so that the event can just be logged and skipped without blocking the sync.
