Unable to add Helm Repo for Airbyte - 403 Error

What step the error happened?

On deploy

Relevant information

While trying to deploy Airbyte, we are trying to add the Helm Repo from one of the servers, we are getting the below error

Error: looks like "https://airbytehq.github.io/helm-charts" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: failed to fetch https://airbytehq.github.io/helm-charts/index.yaml : 403 Forbidden

We have checked and found that the proxy is getting connected, however, the response from the website is getting 403 error.
Kindly look into this and let us know.
