Features User Registration and Authentication: Users can sign up and log in to the application. Create Blog Posts: Authenticated users can create new blog posts. Read Blog Posts: Users can view all the blog posts on the homepage. Update Blog Posts: Authenticated users can edit their own blog posts. Delete Blog Posts: Authenticated users can delete their own blog posts. Prerequisites To run this application locally, you need to have the following installed on your system:

Node.js: Make sure you have Node.js installed. You can download it from https://nodejs.org. MySQL: Install MySQL Server and set up a database. You can download it from https://www.mysql.com. Getting Started Clone the repository: git clone Install dependencies: cd blog-application npm install Set up the database: Create a new MySQL database for the blog application. Open the server/db.js file and update the database connection details with your MySQL database credentials. Start the backend server: cd server npm start The backend server will start running on http://localhost:5000.

Start the frontend development server: cd client npm start The frontend development server will start running on http://localhost:3000.

Open your web browser and visit http://localhost:3000 to access the blog application. Directory Structure client: Contains the React frontend code. server: Contains the Node.js backend code. server/routes: Contains the API routes for user authentication and blog posts. server/db.js: Handles the MySQL database connection and queries. server/models: Contains the database models for user and blog post entities. server/config: Contains configuration files for database and authentication. server/controllers: Contains the logic for handling user and blog post operations.
