Goal 1: Improve my coding problem solving skills
Specific: I will improve my coding problem solving skills by practicing at least one coding problem daily on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank.

Measurable: I will track my progress by solving a minimum of 5 new problems each week and reviewing solutions to identify areas for improvement.

Achievable: I will allocate 30 minutes every evening before dinner to solve coding problems, which fits into my daily schedule without causing undue stress.

Relevant: Improving my coding problem solving skills will enhance my performance in technical interviews and strengthen my overall proficiency as a software developer.

Time-bound: By the end of three months, I aim to solve at least 60 new coding problems and feel more confident in tackling complex coding challenges.

Goal 2: Learn Python language
Specific: I will learn Python programming language from scratch, starting with basic syntax and gradually progressing to more advanced topics such as object-oriented programming and data analysis libraries.

Measurable: I will complete one Python tutorial module per week, covering topics such as variables, loops, functions, and libraries.

Achievable: I will dedicate 1 hour every weekday morning, before starting work, to study Python using online tutorials and coding exercises.

Relevant: Learning Python is crucial for expanding my programming skills, particularly in data analysis and automation tasks relevant to my job as a software developer.

Time-bound: Within six months, I plan to complete a comprehensive Python course and build a small project to demonstrate my proficiency.

Goal 3: Learn to manage my time
Specific: I will develop effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, minimize procrastination, and allocate time appropriately for work, personal development, and leisure.

Measurable: I will use a daily planner to schedule tasks and activities, setting clear deadlines and time blocks for each.

Achievable: I will practice the Pomodoro Technique, working in focused 25-minute intervals followed by 5-minute breaks, to enhance productivity and concentration.

Relevant: Effective time management will reduce stress, improve productivity at work, and create more time for personal hobbies and self-improvement activities.

Time-bound: By the end of one month, I aim to establish a consistent daily routine and see a noticeable improvement in completing tasks on time and reducing time wasted on non-productive activities.
