In the new version I just couldn't upload my file, so I address my issue to the former version:
When Hebrew or Arabic text is mixed with English words in the text, the sentence's order is garbled because the parser does not understand the left-to-right alignment.
Messages with only one language come out alright, except that emoticons and punctuations at the end of the message are written on the left instead of on the right, again because of the same issue.
