New User and Plex Integration question

I'm new to Homarr, and will only be using it inside my network

I've been playing with it for less than 24 hours and I've got some basics setup with *arrs etc. but I'm looking for a little bit of help regarding the plex setup

I have an 'App' Setup for plex - It has the Internal and external address as the full Local URL (http://IP:PORT/web/index/html) and the app shortcut works fine, including the green 'Pings' when the server is up.

When I add the media server widget I get no data displaying what is playing - so I read the common issues and removed the /web/index.html portion and this has resolved the media playing, however it has stopped the 'ping' working in the app display, it shows red all the time.

What am i doing wrong?!

No suggestions for you, but if it makes you feel better I am in literally the exactly same position. Running in Docker under UnRAID.

I have mine working - not sure if its the right way - But it works

In Internal i have the http://IP:PORT
In External i have http://IP:PORT/web/index.html
In the network tab i added 401 to the status code section
