Page header transparency

Description

We should be able to change the transparency of the top bar on the page.
It should either have it's own setting in the customization page, or it could follow the app opacity slider.
(I think I'd prefer the header to have it's own opacity slider.)

Out of consistency with the past versions, it should follow the app's opacity settings.
That's how it behaved previously.
All that is available to change in custom CSS though.
