SiteCronJob Item Not Executing at Specified Time #16

Hi, I have installed SiteCron 3.0.9 in our production environment (1 CM server and 3 CD servers). Right now the SiteCron configuration is set-up as the default IndexJobProvider. I have created a SiteCronJob item to run a specific task once a day. If I choose 'Execute SiteCron Job Now!', the item will trigger the process, however it is not executing at the time specified in the Cron Expression. I have been using the utility from cronmaker.com to make sure syntax is correct. This is the fourth install and set-up I have completed for my organization (previous environments were playground, development, staging). The first three did not have this issue. I verified that the Quartz.dll was available on the web server as well. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Have you looked in to the SiteCron log and the regular log. From your description looks like it has all the things it needs to run a job including Quartz. Are you trying to run the job from the CM? also, do you have a publishing instance?

Hi, thank you for the response. Yes, SiteCron is configured only on the CM server only (Z.SiteCron folder only deployed to CM server and not to the 3 CD servers). As for the publishing instance, the separate publishing service module is not being used.
One observation that I have noted with the behavior after several days is that the scheduled tasks periodically execute, but not consistently and sometimes execute at the scheduled time and other times at a more random time. It almost appears like the process is getting bumped due to priorities?
Any thoughts? Thank you!!!

Would it be possible to send me the logs for that CM when the instance is reset?
