Ability to scroll freight assembly images list separate from image versions list

Currently, when you have large number of subscriptions on a single project and want to manually create a freight, you have to scroll back and forth as you approach the bottom of the image subscription list. For example:

It would be helpful if the two lists, images and versions, could scroll separately. Really, only the images list needs to scroll independently since the image version section is paginated.
