Better patches for Final Fantasy VIII Spanish (to allow disc swapping)

I made better patches for Final Fantasy VIII, Spanish version, that allow disc swapping when the game request it.

The patches are not thoroughly tested, as I didn't play to the point when the disc must be swapped, but the following is working:

• The four CDs boot fine, without crashing at a black screen
• Starting a new game from CD 2, 3 or 4, and swapping to CD 1 when the game request it, works fine and the new game is started

If someone has a saved game at the disc swapping point, or wants to play until that point, please test if the patches work.

I found a saved game on GameFaqs for the NTSC version, at the end of disc 2. I converted the save to Spanish PAL using the save editor Hyne, and loaded it on Duckstation. After beating the battle against Edea, the game asks for disc 3, I swapped it, and everything worked flawlessly.

There is no reason the others swaps shouldn't work, so it looks like my patches work and are safe.
