That would be a driving language of the developers choice - Java, Ruby, C#, Python (etc), wire interaction with the browser instance (FF, or Chrome, or Phantom), and advice on how to collect the coverage over the WebDriver API.

Tips on page-reload, or full page traversals allowed or not allowed (part complete coverage would be lost).

Do you mean Selenium WebDriver? If so, yes, I would like to find out how to collect coverage statistics with Selenium + Blanket. A short official tutorial would help tremendously.
