Can you provide the detailed parameters of the serial port console? After I connect to the TTL line, the light only flashes, and I can't get the data

Hello, I know I'm a few years too late, but I found the wiring diagram is incorrect. VCC is actually GND, so moving your GND to the opposite side of the pinheader should work.
